INFORMATION TO THE PARENTS / GUARDIANS

Trinity Academy, a residential and co-educational school is being run by Trinity Academy Ltd., Namakkal in a sprawling 25 acres campus area of serene, beautiful and natural surroundings, on Mohanur Road, 4 kms, away from Namakkal. It caters to the educational needs of people of the industrial belt in Namakkal District in particular and people of various states in India in general. The school has been recognized by the Government of Tamilnadu as a Matriculation Higher Secondary School. The school has classes upto XII standard. Today the school enjoys a very good reputation in this state and has very good hostel also. We have come up with an exclusive Arts & Science College for women from the academic year 2000-2001.

AIM

The aim of the school is to train the students committed to our care in the best traditions of our country and to instill in them the concept of loyalty. In addition to a high quality of academic programme, the school provides Creative Education in which students are encouraged to learn, to think by themselves and develop their own skills and abilities. The goal of the school is to train the students in such a way that they are useful to themselves and to the society in general and to equip them with a high sense of moral integrity and intellectual excellence. This is achieved by the well regulated discipline which pervades the school life.

COURSE OF STUDY

The school prepares the students both for the Matriculation and Higher Secondary Examinations. The medium of instruction is English. Tamil is offered as second language till 10th standard. Tamil and French are offered as First language at Higher Secondary level. Hindi is taught to all pupils upto VIII standard and they are sent to examinations conducted by Dhakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Chennai.

CLUBS AND ASSOCIATIONS

The school provides ample opportunities for the enrichment of social and cultural life of the students. To give free play to their natural talents and make education interesting and effective, unlimited scope is offered by Trinity Academy. Thus in order to give the children an opportunity for self expression, recreation and to develop leadership qualities, there are clubs and associations run by the students themselves under the able guidance of the staff.

NOON LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS

The saying “A sound mind in a sound body” is given due importance. Growth during the childhood stage is mainly decided by nutritive food. We provide all our students, hot, nutritive, balanced and variety food with fruits and eggs at lunch and beverages like Bournvita, Boost and Milk at 11.00 a.m and 3.00 p.m to keep them hale and healthy. This keeps the mind alert for studies. This is a boon to the employed mothers and others with heavy household work. This saves their morning busy time and reduces the burden of packing lunch for their children. Our lunch programme irons out the difference of socio-economic variations.
